What is Top Lash Line Enhancement?

Using a precision single-needle machine, pigment is placed directly along and between the base of your lashes — not as a visible line on top of the lid, but woven right into where your lashes already grow. The result reads as naturally thicker, darker lashes rather than eyeliner. It's the most subtle permanent eye treatment we offer, and a great option if you want definition without anyone being able to tell you've had anything done.

Does it hurt? The eye area is more sensitive than brows, so most clients rate it a 3–4 out of 10. Numbing is applied before and throughout to keep you comfortable.

Will it look natural? Yes — that's the whole point of this technique. Because pigment sits within the lash line itself rather than as a line drawn on top of it, there's no harsh edge to soften. Healed results look like your own lashes, just fuller.

Will I need a touch-up?
Most people do — it's the second half of a two-part procedure, recommended 6–8 weeks after your initial session, once everything has healed and settled. Some retain beautifully after the first session and don't need one. Either way, it's priced and booked separately from your initial session, so you're only ever paying for what you actually need.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Following these steps helps us achieve the best possible result and ensures a smoother, more comfortable experience.
3 MONTHS BEFORE: Discontinue all lash growth serums (Latisse, GrandeLash, etc.). Lash serums can alter the skin condition of the lash line, which may affect pigment implantation, retention, migration, and healed results. Please inform your artist of any current or previous lash serum use.
1 WEEK BEFORE: Avoid sun exposure or sunburn around the eyes. Let us know in advance if you're prone to styes, infections, or eye allergies.
ARTIST RECOMMENDATION: Many clients love pairing their Lash Line Enhancement with a Lash Lift + Tint approximately 1 week beforehand. 48 HOURS BEFORE: Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, niacin).
24 HOURS BEFORE: Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
LASH EXTENSIONS: Must be completely removed prior to your appointment.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: Arrive with all eye makeup removed and without contact lenses in. If needed, bring a contact lens case so they can be removed prior to your service.
