HOW TO FIND US
We are located 307 N Market St Suite B between Manning St and Kent St. inside Saint Salon
LANDMARKS:
Murmaid Mattress (NOT Mattress Firm) is in front of our building (you will see “307” on front of that store)
Four Bridges Outfitters is directly adjacent our building on the N Manning St side
Johnson Murphey & Wright PC is attached to our building on the Kent St side.
Publix, Great Clips + the AT&T Store are across Market St.
PARKING:
There is free street parking on Market a few side streets and a $5 lot outside our door.

BELOW ARE SOME GOOD THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FIRST VISIT. SUCH AS, WHERE WE'RE LOCATED, PARKING AND OUR POLICIES.
PARKING + STUDIO INFO
You'll find us located inside Saint Salon in the Northshore area of Downtown Chattanooga. We are right across the street from Publix behind Murmaid Mattress.
PARKING: There is plenty of free street parking and a flat rate $5 lot right in front of our entrance.
ARRIVAL TIME
If you arrive early, please wait in the salon waiting area until the time of your appointment. Once you enter the front door, head across the salon to the glass door on the other side of the shampoo bowls.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, Check, debit/credit card or payment plans via Cherry or Afterpay (payment plans must be pre-approved prior to booking). - We accept debit, credit card or cash or check. There is a 6% if a payment plan is used.
EXISTING TATTOOS
If you have previously tattooed eyebrows you must email a photo to info@wildvioletcha.com before booking your appointment to get approved.
NOTE: this does NOT apply to returning clients. If I have seen you for brows before at any point, you are considered a returning client.
WV POLICIES
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Your card on file will not be charged unless you have cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time or no showed your appointment. The fee for cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time will be 20% of the cost of the service, not including the booking fee.
Any reschedules before 24 hours of the appointment time will not be charged a fee and your booking fee is transferable once. Reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time may be required to pay an additional booking fee for the rescheduled appointment. If you reschedule more than once within 48 hours of your appointment time, may be required to pay an additional booking fee for the rescheduled appointment.
Credit Card Hold: We require a non-refundable booking fee and a credit card to hold your appointment. Any cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be treated as a no-show.
