ABOUT THIS TECHNIQUE
What is a Nano Brow?
A Nano Hybrid Brow — Maris' signature technique — blends two methods into one: fine hairstrokes for natural texture, and soft shading for depth and definition. It heals similarly to microblading, but with less trauma to the skin — an easier healing process, and less risk of scar tissue if you come back for touch-ups down the road. Results last 2–3 years depending on your skin type.
There are two styles to choose from: Strokes throughout the whole brow, with shading through the outer two-thirds. Strokes through the front of the brow for natural fluff, finished with shading through the rest for a crisp, dense look.
Because it draws on every technique, it's the most customizable brow style available — shaped for your face, your natural hair growth, and how soft or defined you want the result.
Does it hurt? Most clients rate the pain a 1–2 out of 10. We use secondary numbing throughout the procedure to keep you comfortable.
Will it look natural? Absolutely. Our focus is creating soft, believable results that heal beautifully. If your brows retain perfectly after the first session, we won’t add more pigment even if a follow-up is typical. Every face heals differently, & we adjust accordingly.

PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Following these steps helps us achieve the best possible result and ensures a smoother, more comfortable experience.
3-4 WEEKS BEFORE: Discontinue Retin-A, Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to the eyebrow area. Avoid Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion or harsh facials for 1 month prior to procedure.
2 WEEKS BEFORE: Botox/filler on the forehead/temple/eye area, no brow waxing/tinting/threading two weeks prior, avoid sun and tanning one week prior.
48 HOURS BEFORE: Avoid blood thinners.
24 HOURS BEFORE: Avoid alcohol and caffeine.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: Wash your hair + come to your appointment with or without makeup on - whatever you are most comfortable with. We will be taking before/after photos. If you normally wear brow makeup, it is helpful to see how you usually fill them in. To enhance your comfort, WiFi is available and headphones are recommended so you can relax during your session. Please feel free to bring cozy slippers and a blanket if you get cold easily
